George DARBY (Darbey) was born at Taunton (England), 1849. He worked at Bristol, 1882-1920. "...he did everything entirely with own hands...made superb bows -- perfectly balanced affairs that make virtuosi revel in their displays of fanciful bowing. Sarasate and Wilhelmj used them."
